Rules & Regulations

  • Total duration of college is 8 hours/day including 1 hour lunch break.
  • Students have to abide by the timings of the institute.
  • Students have to follow formal decent dress code in the college as well as all the clinical postings.
  • Apron is compulsory for all clinical assignment as well as for any classes/presentation held in clinical facility where patients are present.
  • During college hours students are not allowed to venture out of campus.
  • In case of emergency or non-avoidable circumstances, a student can leave on informing the class coordinator teachers.
  • Mobile phones and any other electrical modalities are strictly prohibited in college premises.
  • There are two internal examination will be conducted in academic year, and it is mandatory for the students to appear for the same.
  • The internal examinations are tentatively held before end of the term i.e inthe month of Dec-Jan and June-July.
  • Any student who is absent in internal examination due to health issue is allowed to appear for the exam at later dates on producing medical certificate signed by Physician. Other than the result stated exam will not be repeat for any reason.
  • 80% attendance is compulsory in both Theory & Practical is compulsory as per the VNSGU norms.
  • Clinical posting attendance is compulsory for all undergraduate 3rd and final year students.
  • All the public holidays approved by the Gujarat state govt. and VNSGU are applicable to us.
  • Students need to follow discipline during conduction of classes as well as during their clinical postings.
